These losers keep calling and telling me to pick up my prescription, I never ordered anything from them, and I definitely never will now.
This store is one of the least accessible for wheelchair users. You cannot get to the store without driving your chair in traffic, they block the pathway with displays, the doors on cold storage prevents you from independently obtaining anything as well as several other shelves like in the bakery. Unfortunate lack of awareness and consideration.
The pharmacist is ok and tries to help once you get there, but the technicians are not calling you if your script isn’t covered and need a prior authorization. They just put your stuff on file until you go in and find out. And basically you leave with nothing or pay for it. But you don’t know until you get there because they just put stuff on file??? What happened to letting the doctor know if they are the ones who “have to do it” ???
The girl working at the pharmacy was very rude & gave me attitude when I asked her to apply my insurance, which she should have asked for initially. Very poor customer service skills. My receipt says her name is Allison.
Edited from the first review..... The lady at the pharmacy this time went above and beyond the call of duty to answer my questions Thank God. Finally someone that don't blink. ❤️ Other than that this is one of my favorite places to go besides the incident that happened below I will now bring the one star up to a four..
