My spouse was quoted, higher then usual price for a prescription,(they ask us to call our health insurance provider), then they said later after we complained, then they lowered the price, They said it was not generic, that's why it cost so much. It was listed under same exact type of prescription, and was written out as generic. They said we picked it up and we did not. I have been using Saveon Pharmacy for at least 2 or more years getting at least 10 prescriptions filled per month. I have always been more than satisfied with the service and friendliness of the entire staff, in fact I would say they are OUTSTANDING. Until today. 8/15/13. I called in yesterday the 14th for a refill on my Warfarin. I had 1 refill left on my prescription. Any body that knows any thing about Warfarin knows the prescription is regulated by my caregiver.
