Understaffed and very poorly organized.
If you value your health, avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I have been waiting to get two prescriptions filled for two months. They keep running into issues with Medicare reimbursement or they don't have the drug in stock, but they don't notify you. They also don't answer the phone or accept messages, and the app is worthless. Instead, you have to wait in a long line just to check the status of your prescription. I've done this four times now only to walk away empty-handed.
