The workers, especially the managers are really rude here and sometimes we’re just testing out their items not in a rude way and they decide to yell at us
Chi-Hee and her team at Albertsons are terrific! Chi-Hee has been there since we moved here in 2012. She is always pleasant and thorough, and as a result of setting the bar so high, everyone else is just as pleasant and thorough.
The pharmacist who works here is they most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever met. I am staying with family for a couple months and needed to get my prescriptions filled, I live in Northern California. That being said my doctor is located in SF. When I came to pick up my prescriptions the pharmacist pulled me aside and proceeded to all but interrogate me over how I got a prescription from Northern California, I tried to explain that I do not live here but he continued to cut me off.
