Chi-Hee and her team at Albertsons are terrific! Chi-Hee has been there since we moved here in 2012. She is always pleasant and thorough, and as a result of setting the bar so high, everyone else is just as pleasant and thorough.
The pharmacist who works here is they most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever met. I am staying with family for a couple months and needed to get my prescriptions filled, I live in Northern California. That being said my doctor is located in SF. When I came to pick up my prescriptions the pharmacist pulled me aside and proceeded to all but interrogate me over how I got a prescription from Northern California, I tried to explain that I do not live here but he continued to cut me off. I have been helped by many pharmacies over the years. Some ok and some terrible like CVS Encinitas. Thats when I found Savon in San Elijo Albertsons. This pharmacy has been helping me for the last four years. We have always gotten great service from Chi Hee, Lundy and Macia who today helped me get my first Covid Vac that Scripps couldn't do.
