Yep…there’s a reason they have bad reviews…cuz their customer service STINKS!!! Gladys literally will talk over you and act like you didn’t ask her a specific question! I had my rx sent to Walgreens only to find out they don’t contract with my insurance. They were great and said they can just send it to Albertsons pharmacy if they contract with my insurance. I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I really need to do this. I have been using save on for a few years now and have had a good experience until I went to pickup my daughters prescription today. I gave the lady my daughters name and i started to say what I was picking up but then she completely cuts me off and says what’s her DOB. I was shocked by how rude she came across.
