Yep…there’s a reason they have bad reviews…cuz their customer service STINKS!!! Gladys literally will talk over you and act like you didn’t ask her a specific question! I had my rx sent to Walgreens only to find out they don’t contract with my insurance. They were great and said they can just send it to Albertsons pharmacy if they contract with my insurance. I called and got Gladys and she said “Yeah we take your insurance. Just have Walgreens fax it over.” Well, apparently Gladys knew that’s not how it works, she just reall... read more
