This pharmacy has the worst wait time between the doctor calling in a prescription to the pharmacy filling the prescription I have ever dealt with.
I've had nothing but good experiences at this pharmacy. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help when I needed a couple days worth of one of my medications due to road conditions where I live which prompted me having to stay in Boise.
Unprofessional to wait over five days before calling a customer for additional confirmation about a delivery. I had a med filled while on vacation but had to go home suddenly, so I just used the Safeway app to deliver it to my actual residence. Now several days later, on the day the tracking number told me it’d be here, I’m told that it’s still in the delivery queue. Like, next time call me the next day so I don’t have to wait for medication that isn’t coming???? Will be using a different pharmacy for my next trip.
If they do not have your medication in stock they will not notify you. They received the prescription order from my doc on August 22, on September 11 I went in and asked about it. "Oh we don't have it in stock." And turned around ready to walk away. I asked her what am I supposed to do? She says that I need to go to a pharmacy that has it. I asked her to check other locations of Savon that do have it to transfer the prescription. She reluctantly did.
