Dear Albertsons Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of your pharmacy’s lead technician, Danielle.Each time I visit the pharmacy, Danielle is extremely rude and provides very poor customer service. I think they are great for the most part . My only suggestion is if someone's rx is ready maybe let them know as soon as possible.
Man, only three stars?? That me wanna cry. So unfair.OK I have been filling here for over a year now. If they fell short, if they failed me. I would put that in here. I have so many serious complaints about so many pharmacies. I legitimately have over a years worth of them coming through for me. I for example have many complaints about rite aid. There are a few employees that are absolutely fantastic and one that is absolutely aggravating. When needing to solve a problem I was met with “well we close in 12 minutes.” So needless to say I had to pay extra for a prescription because she was in a hurry. Super frustrating AND cost me more money because of it.
