There are a few employees that are absolutely fantastic and one that is absolutely aggravating. When needing to solve a problem I was met with “well we close in 12 minutes.” So needless to say I had to pay extra for a prescription because she was in a hurry. Super frustrating AND cost me more money because of it.
Some of the employees are friendly and helpful, but overall my experience here has been subpar if not downright horrendous. I’ve given it quite a bit of time to see if building rapport would make things better and it just hasn’t. I am diabetic, so going to the pharmacy is a regular occurrence and will continue to be for probably the rest of my life.
