Alwasy busy
This is my favorite pharmacy in Boise. Wow they are fast! Despite the fact that pharmacies all over the country are overworked and understaffed - this pharmacy just keeps cranking out meds with fantastic service. Most of the time I come from a Doctor’s office after a sick visit they have my med filled by the time I get there! If not completely ready the wait is very minimal. Dear Albertsons Management, I am writing to express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of your pharmacy’s lead technician, Danielle.Each time I visit the pharmacy, Danielle is extremely rude and provides very poor customer service. She often talks and ignores customers waiting at the pickup window. I think they are great for the most part . My only suggestion is if someone's rx is ready maybe let them know as soon as possible.
Man, only three stars?? That me wanna cry. So unfair.OK I have been filling here for over a year now. If they fell short, if they failed me. I would put that in here. I have so many serious complaints about so many pharmacies. I legitimately have over a years worth of them coming through for me. I for example have many complaints about rite aid.
