My Dr's office got a few things mixed up, which caused confusion and frustration on my end. Everyone at this pharmacy did everything they could to help me and explain procedures to me in a kind and empathetic way. I will always remember their kindness and care. Thanks so much!!!!!
Best pharmacy around. Dealt with other pharmacies including the over at overland and Vista and this is definitely the best. Staff is kind and courteous.
TLDR: They frequently save my physical and mental health. I was without medications for almost two weeks because insurance was insisting I had another insurance that ought to be paying, but after working with the pharmacy staff (Max, Autumn, and Heidi in particular), I was finally able to get my meds filled. Already my mind is clearer and I'm happier. This is in addition to them fielding my many calls every month (I had a provider who would forget to send in scripts, so I get worried I may go without). Hands down best service I've ever had with a pharmacy. The entire staff is helpful and always take the time to offer solutions when problems with medication that are out of there control (such as shortages or technical issues) I'm blown away that the staff all know my name
