They are busy at times. Just be patient and try to go there at less busy times. A second cash register would help them during busy times. My absolutely favorite pharmacy in Eugene. The staff there is always so professional & kind
I started using this pharmacy full-time after BiMart closed. I did attempt to use it while it was Walgreens, however it was awful! So, I switched to Sav-On on Albertsons. Wish I’d done it sooner. I’ve been more than pleased with their services. I have to take meds for a chronic illness, so they see me often. Every one of the people who work there are kind, personable, helpful and outgoing! A knowledgable pharmacist willingly helped me with a blood pressure cuff.
I used to use this pharmacy because I never had issues with them. Great, friendly staff and not a huge wait time. Now, anytime I call they pick up and speak so fast then put me on hold before I can even get a word in. Then I wait on hold for an hour and they drop the call. I understand they get overwhelmed but we all do in dealing with this. No need to take it out on customers and be shitty
