Doesn't answer the phone, never fills their prescriptions in a timely manner, makes up inane rules about certain medicine. Do not go here!!
I've never seen a pharmacy regularly be so well staffed yet wholly inefficient at getting customers through their lines. If you walk up and only three people are in front of you, expect to stand in line for 30-45 minutes. And they still might not have the prescription they texted you and said was ready. If a negative score was possible, I'd use it here
Pick up your phone! Some people need that accessibility option and your not providing that. Bad review specifically because you are removing the only tool someone has to contact you before coming in, which can be difficult for the disabled.
Ooof. Can’t be closed during the weekends guys. Fix your staffing issues. Employees are great but systematically it’s wrong
I'm waiting out front for them to open up from their lunch and a pharmacist, Stacey, told me she could hear my phone call. I didn't mind but turns out she did. 10 minutes later she opened her window again and asked me to leave because she needed a quiet uninterrupted moment to do something. I told her I'll get off the phone because I don't want to lose my spot in line to pick up my script. Glad this isn't my regular pharmacy.
