I showed up for my scheduled Covid vaccine appointment and was told to come back tomorrow. They didn’t have anyone to give shots. I was also told that they were turning away people with scheduled appointments and only taking walk-ins. I am not happy! I rushed from work to make sure that I was on time. It would have been nice to have been notified earlier today. If for some reason I had not been able to make my appointment, I would have notified Albertson’s. It’s called common courtesy!
This is the worst pharmacy anyone can go to. I’ve been going to them for years. They changed people working in the pharmacy a lot. During those changes; I did go elsewhere as no- one knew what they were doing! I decided to go back again to them. At first they were nice; no problem getting my medication. However over the months. I am very disappointed in the service and organization of Albertson’s Pharmacy in Ammon, Idaho. I needed a prescription refilled that I went to the store 4 different times to pick up. Each time I was told to come back on a different day and it would be ready. The pharmacy often has to order in my medication, and you always hear a different story about why medication is not in stock or when it can be refilled. The 2 pharmacists in Ammon are extremely rude. I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
The new night cashier "Leo" is incredibly rude to customers. She acts put out if you need her assistance and if you need Monopoly tickets she really gets annoyed! I have shopped at Albertsons for years and never been treated so poorly!
Always to much deal to use Wester union They always said that the internet is not working. They don't like to help customers with that service. I'll not go there anymore.
I am a former shopper at Albertsons on Bluebonnet. I ordered very specific rolls for a party I was giving. I picked them up the day of the party so they would be fresh. Not only were they stale, but not what I ordered. That bakery is totally unprofessional. Not only will I never do business here again, but will spread the word. They could not offer a solution. Do not buy anything from this place. They do not care about their customers.
