Customer service deserves more than five stars. I go there often and have never had less than excellent service. They genuinely care for their customers.
Horrible! Ever in my 60 years encountered this mix of incompetence, indifference towards patient and even for the responsibility as they have as pharmacists. Have been turned back (to come tomorrow, or Tuesday or after 2pm 'when my other colleague is in because I can't find the note' and so on) more than once by both of the 2 pharmacists at Albersons Wenatchee location for reasons that could have been solved on the spot. They don't care and proudly just deny doing their jobs.
ABSOLUTE WORST DELIVERY PROGRAM IN LAFAYETTE. Cancelling my Fresh Pass subscription due to completely UNRELIABLE program. Drive Up and Go Manager should just go away! Customer service is NON-EXISTENT, unresponsive and completely clueless when they screw up and order and they screw up orders A LOT. Nothing but empty apologies for incomplete, inaccurate or simply missing orders that are cancelled with absolutely no notice. No communication from store managers. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
It stinks so bad
This Albertsons pharmacy is always fast & efficient. The pharmacist, Hamid and his pharmacy tech are always friendly and give excellent service! I highly recommend this pharmacy. Sincerely LaMina Webster
In all my years shopping Portland stores..... The 181 store is at the very bottom of quality. Mostly due to the night management. RUDE BEYOND WORDS. OVER CHARGED ME TIME AFTER time and l have to fight to recover funds. ½ of the night crew should be sent down the road. GOD IN HEAVEN, BOSIE step up and do something. The meat department is always out of items that are on sale. The appetizers in the meat case have been sutting in there for god knows how long. They claim the hamburger is 80/20 but they need to test it because you are actully getting 70/30 most likely. I’ve seen an employee drop meat on the floor and serve it to a customer
After being a customer for well over 8 years, I am disappointed to say that savon pharmacy is one of the worst run operations I have had the misfortune to encounter. You are understaffed and that results in frustrated staff, poor customer service and is just plain bad for business. With so few pharmacies in town, you have the opportunity to shine,but your system has failed miserably and after today, I will no longer use your pharmacy… staff working 1-2 weeks without a day off is cause for concern, the long lines and poor... read more
Great place to shop, just watch out for the drunk gothic wizard in his green undies running around with a painted stick in the parking lot……..he just keeps screaming tactical soap rocks dood
