Carolyn and her team are the best in Santa Fe. Patient care and patient safety have been their priority. I feel bad for them as I have seen people get mad for even simple things. Remember— they stand all day, non stop answering phone calls and vaccinating, counseling and taking care of everyone to make sure we are all safe when they dispense the medication for us. KINDNESS is FREE. Be kind to the people who help us to be healthy. Kudos to Carolyn and her team who work very hard to take care of our pharmacy needs.

Yesterday's experience at this pharmacy was the last straw... I've been shopping at the 3001 S.St.francis Albertson's for years, and had excellent service from all staff.... except when I have to deal with the Rx Manager 'Carolyn'. When she is on the floor, the line backs up and everybody is pissed off be she is slow, rude, and can't seem to place a re-fill correctly without complaining about the system or questioning insurance coverage even when handed a current card. I’ve been going here for years and this pharmacy is excellent! Yes there may be long lines to get your prescription but it’s because the staff there are worth it! All the staff and pharmacists are very kind and extremely attentive. They all truly care about their patients. I really appreciated my last visit there, all of the staff was helping me sort out prescriptions for my daughter and they spotted that one of the medications was too high of a dose for my daughter, this kind of attentiveness and care is so vital!!
