Tonight after doing some major shopping and paying for it, I tried to leave out the central front doors. They were locked before 7:00 p.m. and not only that, my cart locked up. I was told to exit through the side door and my cart locked up again there! The whole thing was very very upsetting. I want the general manager to know about this. Why is the central front door locked before 7:00 p.m. on a Friday night. Very bad customer experience!!!
