When are you going to REQUIRE masks to be worn in your stores? Idaho is spiking in Covid cases and only your staff are required to wear masks. I wear mine but morons have to be morons and they put me, my family and all of Idaho at risk by not wearing masks. YOU can solve this problem. You REQUIRE I wear shoes to enter your store. You REQUIRE I wear a shirt to enter your stores. You MUST REQUIRE a mask.
I don’t usually shop at this Albertsons but needing only a few things and being in that area, I stopped by. I got in line for Express Checkout, a man was checking out and there was one woman ahead of me, two behind. I couldn’t see around the woman in front of me but it was taking a tremendous amount of time. When I heard the cashier ask the first customer for $451, the reason became clear. I went in today for lunch. I got Fiji water on sale and a chicken chipotle wrap. It was fresh and delicious. Everything on display was pleasing to the eye.
Do not eat the deli food. Oh it looks pretty but it was nasty! The fryed chicken was burnt and dry. The roasted chicken was dry. The tamale were rotted and hard. The antipasto salad was gross the artichokes in it were woody. The sushi plates had an ungodly amount of wasabi underneath it. Even trying to get it off it was still very overwhelming. We were on vacation and we were unable to return these items. Dont buy from this deli.
Do you think you could teach your employees customer service. Why am I always the one that greets the checker. “Hello, how are you” and “thank you” go a long ways! You need to do better.
