Well I got to experience racism or prejudice at its finest yesterday at what was my favorite grocery store. I was in the liquor aisle to buy a bottle of whiskey and noticed a Caucasian woman had called customer service to purchase something from the liquor cabinet. The store manager opened the cabinet and she grabbed a pretty large bottle of vodka, they had small talk, a laugh and she went on her way. I just want to say thank you! During this difficult time you have done an amazing job at keeping our neighborhood store stocked, clean and friendly! your bathroom is disgusting. its been like that over a week.
Because employees are permitted to smoke in front of the handicapped parking spots. Customers with limited respiratory levels have to use the entrance with no handicapped parking or walk through the barrage of nicotine. I was told that they aren't supposed to smoke there. When my husband called, he was told that it's more than 25 feet from the door so they can smoke there. Who's being LIED to...me or him. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO SUFFER IN PAIN CAUSED BY EMPLOYEES JUST BECAUSE I WANT TO SHOP IN YOUR STORE!!!!!
This store is the closest to me so I go often. Really like the store - great booze selection, good Butcher department and decent vegetables. Nice checkout clerks. Best discounts are 2, 3, and 4 for one meat deals. Only bummer is occasionally lines get too long.
I was in Albertsons this morning and was over charged. When I went back to the store, with my ad as well, and showed that I was over charged on the barbeque sauce the lady did the math and told me that they were right and I tried to explain that they were wrong cause the ad says .49 cents for when you buy 5 mix and match items. The lady said no that the prices are right. So you mean to tell me your going to advertise the sauce at .49 cent and charge the customer 1.49?? I wanted to thank your store and especially Ashley in your bakery department for going above and beyond this morning for me to prep and decorate cupcakes for me on the fly. She didn't know it but I was in quite a pickle when my other cupcakes were in a vehicle that was in an accident this morning enroute to delivery. She took time to listen to my needs and helped me recover the morning for our son who turns the big 13 today. Thank you so much.
