I've been shopping here since this store opend in the late 90's I strongly supported the staff in 2003 when the grocery strike took place tonight I learned how they treat a person with disabilities and a special Olympics athlete this is the end of my parsonage to this store I will no longer purchase groceries from this location 😑😑😒 that is all
I just bought a food product in a bag at Albertson’s on Bonita, in San Dimas. when I got out to my car I noticed there was a big hole directly through to the food that I was going to consume in the small bag. Dangerous!! I went back inside to swap it for another, and I was told aggressively and rudely that they were not excepting any returns, or exchanges due to the coronavirus. That makes sense. This is a review of the pharmacist. The pharmacist DABRINA is useless. She REFUSED to fill a prescription let me repeat that. SHE REFUSED TO FILL A DOCTORS PRESCRIPTION. It was not a insurance issue because Wallgreens filled the same prescription five minutes later. She was just being a B@@#$. She is the rudest person I have ever met. How we miss Jeff. Three's a Crowd (sigh)...........................
The store is great and Patty C was a super cashier, but I got home and the Bud Lite cans that I grabbed from the football display did not have the Rams logo as expected. I live in San Diego so I can't go back and exchange them. I called the store and they said they'd check the display, but my husband still does not have his Ram cans. Total disappointment.
