I purchased some items yesterday at the customer service/express lane after work. I got home and couldn't find one item. I thought I had lost it in the parking lot. Today after work I went back to repurchase the item. The same associate was working. She remembered me and told me that I forgot to take the item I bought yesterday and handed it to me. This store is a joke. Its all management fault.
This place is NOT what you typically find at a neighborhood Albertsons. The people here are just going through the motions to get a paycheck.i asked to speak with a manager sunday evening and was told they had all gone home by a barbra who magically knew what I wanted to discuss whith him about , and said that it wouldnt help my situation. I asked her point blank , so voicing my concerns to the store manager about customer service does nothing ? I go to this store all the time but this is the first time where I was really upset the cashier was more interested in her phone then the paying customers she can't even say hi or anything if she doesn't want to deal with customers then she don't need to be working there
Every single time to go to this store the prices at check out are not what is advertised on the shelf. It's always small amounts. $.10, $.20 or $1.00. Today I buy pimento cheese for $5.99 but the receipt when I get home says $6.99. It's every single time I shop there. Albertsons is the closest to my home and Walmart neighborhood market closed. I am going to take the trek to Pantego to Walmart or go all the way down to Sprouts. Albertsons you need to check your prices and make sure they match what you have advertised.
