I’ve been coming here for years now. It’s close to home and usually the first place I stop for groceries before going home. I especially appreciate the professional friendly & kind customer service I receive from Ms. Sessions. She is always on point even in difficult situations.
Customer relation is outstanding
bad cake writing and terrible custom cakes. does this even look like a heart shape? could have dealt with it if the base shape was the same. they even called to verify instructions. I said my son asked for a heart cake, the decorating accents were ok for anything. altered the entire shape of the cake to fit the box. sorely disappointed. not heart shaped at all. cake writer should not be personalizing cakes.
Their prices are too high...they need to cut it!
