Of course their first impression is great. It's a game to get you to trust them. But the bottom line is they are very dishonest. They intentionally overcharged me because they knew I had cash coming in from the guy who hit me. Their estimate was fair and Jimmy said that there is one part on the estimate that may not be needed and he wouldn't know until he opened it up.
