We are very pleased we called Albert's Plumbing and Drain Service! Albert and his son came to our home to install a new dishwasher, new shut-off valves, a kitchen faucet, and a garbage disposal. Albert kept us in the loop during each install process and answered all of our questions in a precise and kind way. The dishwasher was very old, and Albert vacuumed the space and cleaned it thoroughly before he installed the new dishwasher. Albert’s crew started on schedule and finished within their estimated duration including extra work to address unforeseen conditions The crew worked hard every day and was very responsive and provided good customer service and communication. The finished cost including extra work was fair and reasonable. Albert tipped me off to a City rebate program which will pay $1200 for the work!!!

Everyone without fail was professional, friendly and efficient, from the office staff to the men who dug the trench. The job was done quickly and even the concrete work Johnny did was absolutely first rate. Cost was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was done. They even rearranged the scheduling of the job so that it would be done before planned guests arrived. Highly recommended!
