Our car broke down while we were on vacation. It was after normal business hours AND a holiday weekend! It was hard to find a place locally in the time we were calling, but Albert picked up the phone himself and took the time to explain all our options. He was happy to fix the car despite the holiday. His communication was excellent throughout the whole process and his prices were very reasonable. Our car was quickly back on the road and he checked in to make sure we got home safe. Our first encounter with Albert was when he saved us from the local Ford dealer's mess up with our new F350. He took the time to check things out, gave us advice and helped us with the repairs when we had the replacement parts. Since then, he has continued to provide excellent service for ALL of our vehicles. It is rare to find a gentleman who stands behind his work, does the right thing for the customers and is pleasant to deal with. He is wonderful. Next job.... new brakes for my Acura. I was driving from Maine to Vermont and my truck started shaking on the highway. Albert managed to squeeze me in on the Sunday that I was in town. He was really thorough and made sure that everything was safe for my return journey. He gave me great advice about future repairs (even though it did not benefit him at all-- unless he moves shop to Maine!). Thanks Albert!

Spoke with the owner on a service job and he was extremely knowledgeable. Didn’t over sell and actually provided a great warranty. This is definitely a shop I would be using. I can see why they have over 100 5 star reviews.
