We are on a road trip from Connecticut to Northern Vermont and my daughter and I broke down in Brattleboro. She found Albert’s on google. He answered the phone immediately and even though he wasn’t at the shop, he walked us through who to call for a tow and advised us what to do. The towing company Brattleboro towing was amazing and he fixed our car in his driveway, and we were on our way! I could not recommend Albert more, it was an amazing experience during a stressful time. His kindness and care were very appreciated!
