Albert is the real deal — honest, skilled, and fair. Had an oil change done and he was able to diagnose my suspension issue immediately with the included inspection when another shop could not figure it out. Then had my Jeep’s struts replaced a few days later. No upselling, no surprises, just solid work at a fair price. Can’t recommend Albert highly enough. My go-to shop from here on out!

Albert is incredible. We had a breakdown on 91 in Putney on a Friday night, and he helped us deal with everything, including arranging the towing and coming in early on Saturday morning to diagnose the issue. Fantastic service from an expert mechanic and a really good person. Thanks, Albert!

Professional! Very fair! We were from out of state and had a nail in our tire.Very accommodating! Took care us right away on a Sunday when NO one was open! Pleasure doing business! 100% recommend! Very knowledgeable!

Today, I visited Albert's Auto Diagnostics on a Sunday afternoon. I was surprised that he accepted a walk-in, tested my car and drove it, and found no safety concerns. He provided a professional diagnosis and suggested some repairs. After the appointment, he didn't charge me, saying, "I didn't do anything to your car." I was genuinely surprised. Thanks, Albert Auto.
