Only went for an estimate on how much my brakes, roters, and an alignment would be. Sat there for 45mins and they still hadnt even looked at the car. It wasnt busy when we first got there. I had even made arrangements to leave the vehicle there and pick it up when it was done. But after 45mins with no estimate we decided to leave. One employee tried getting us to stay because "we were next" then a young kid walked up to him and rudely said just let them leave... so I will no longer be going back nor would I recommend them. Good customer service very reliable let me know that I probably didn't get an alignment prior from Discount Tire but they took the time to make sure everything was good on my vehicle was recommended by other family members to Alberto's and I think I will be coming back in the near future Discount Tire may have messed up by being feisty.
