This place should be closed down. I brought my watch to get new battery. They said it will take 10min so my wife and I went for a walk then came back only to find they damaged the watch. They severely cracked the glass. I was pissed so was my wife ,then one of their associates got nasty with wife not liking they way my wife was looking at him claiming she want to kill him. What kind of business owner talks to their customers like that. So I grabbed my watch and walked out. Folks spread the word do not do business with them.
Absolutely terrible service. My husband went in to have batteries replaced in two watches. At first we were told $15 for one watch and $20 for the larger one, then the price was changed again to $15. We were told it would take 10 minutes, so we left and came back. When we returned, a different employee said it would be a few more minutes. I had a very uncomfortable experience here. I brought in my diamond chain to be repaired and had other jewelry with me. The owner asked if I wanted to sell anything, and I said no. He then said, “I can’t make business with you, you’re too smart it’s these people,” while gesturing with his hands. I wasn’t sure what he meant by that comment, but it felt inappropriate. Took my watch to have it cleaned they did such a poor job of cleaning the watch,and wanted to charge me 150$ dollars the job. When I spoke to Alberto about the work they so call done ,gave me a hard time saying that the watch was old. I will never go back and give them my business every again. Not a good experience and very unsatisfied. Shabby work.
