Too slow and overpriced – We went to the Green Olive on a Thurs. night at 5:15. We ordered 15 minutes later and didn't even get a salad for 30 minutes. The waitress disappeared, and when we did ask for things, so she forgot them. The food was ok, but it was overpriced. Based on this, we had decided we would not returning. Avoid Like the Plague!!! – Was recently in WP for 5 days and this was absolutely the worst experience we had there from the ambiance to the service and food, everything was horrible. It takes a lot to get me upset enough to write a review and this place pushed all the buttons. Judging by the other reviews, it was not just the case of a "bad night". I only wish I had read these before we went. I wouldn't even give it one star unless this site made me.
Poor !!!! – If you are going to visit Winter Park, dont expect to find great restaurants, even though the resort is ABSOLUTELY amazing, the town is nothing but one highway. Anyway, we (7 people) went in hoping for some good food, after being forced to eat junk food for days. Absolutely horrible. – Not a good place. Service, Food and atmosphere sucked. It them at least 20 minutes to serve us. and the service was bad. The food was like buffet food, dry and old. Unexperienced staff. Really had that feeling that they didn't care. BAD place in my book.
Not so much – We went to the Green Olive Italian Steakhouse for a birthday dinner. Needless to say, we left after an overpriced bottle of wine and a mediocre appetizer ($9 for five small fried mozzerella cheese curds and some fruit). The waitress, obviously untrained, did not know how to open a bottle of wine (really) and admitted that she had not tried anything on the menu except for ravioli.
