My biggest concern with this doctor's office is the front desk service. I needed to change a referral to a specialist I had seen before. I first called and left a message, but never received a callback. I then visited the office in person to make the request. The receptionist seemed impatient and told me the referral change would need to go through the referral department and could take one to two weeks. Initially, I canceled the request. I waited 6 months for an appointment as a new patient with the doctor. The clinic called to say that he was out sick that day, and that I would have to wait another six months to get the next appointment.
