I waited 6 months for an appointment as a new patient with the doctor. The clinic called to say that he was out sick that day, and that I would have to wait another six months to get the next appointment.
He is my primary doctor, and he is fantastic too.
We received a call to reschedule our Dec appt because the doctor is not around. We called back to reschedule the person who answer seemed annoyed, taking big sighs like we were disturbing her from doing what is her job and then told us the next available is until mid April which is ridiculous as we aren’t the ones asking for the rescheduling so my husband will have to miss a yearly check until next because there is no make up session for the MD for rescheduling us. Truly dissatisfied and appalled.
