I have been away for a while and have missed being in Dr. Lorenzo's care. He is the most caring and competent physician I have ever had and I trust him thoroughly. I am happy to get back to Winslow soon as the physicians out here in the Payson/Globe area just do not measure up. They are all about money and don't take the time that is taken at North Country Healthcare in Winslow.
What a smart and compassionate Dr. I moved 150 miles away but still make the trip to see Dr Lorenzo he’s one of the very best.
The staff is friendly and the doctor is very attentive in appointments, but it is way too difficult getting our refills for important medications. Dr. Lorenzo never provides us a proper amount of refills in the first place (it's always one or none) and this results in our running out. Too often now we have been left feeling ill after running out which is inexcusable! This is the last straw as my husband is having dangerous diabetic symptoms because of this.
