The answering system for clinics is well below the standard of what I would expect from the Methodist system. Getting a response from physicians and staff is impossible. Even trying to get to a supervisor has been impossible.. It should not take over a week to get a response from a physician or staff. That is totally unacceptable. I’m very disappointed in the Methodist system for choosing the way. They are communicating with patients.
