I went to make an appointment eight days ago, and when I came back to confirm it, they refused to see me—perhaps because I’m Hispanic. Honestly, I don’t recommend this place.
Today I has my hair braided by Adzo. I am so pleased with the results. She took her time, and applied skills to complete my hair the way I desired. Thank you Adzo. I gave her a 30.00 dollar tip it was worth it.
Horrible ..Was told by a man to come at 4:30pm today for knotless medium boho braids and that 2 stylist would do my hair to get me done quicker. I arrive there is only 2 stylist there working on clients and was not even close to being done. One stylist came up to me and asked me to please wait a few minutes as she jas two small rows left. Had my hair done last nite, my second time going back for correction I went the week before . The ladies are polite but it's not worth getting my hair damaged. I'm assuming they didn't braid my hair all the way in and tried to hide it by clipping it off in the clean up process at the end. They cut my hair at the root and it's sticking up what's left smh this place should not be doing service WOW
If I could give zero start I honestly would. I’ve been to this salon twice to braid wig cornrows. First of all I booked an appointment today for 3:15 pm. Got there and they had me wait for 2 straight hours. Then when it was time to start my braids this girl tells me it’s a $130 for my wig cornrows. Mind you I’ve been there twice before and each time I was charged $60. She called the owner, I spoke to the owner and she had the nerve to tell me that the previous braider that did my cornrows didn’t know. So you mean to tell me ... read more
