I’m so disappointed! I had my appointment on July 3rd. I got medium boho braids with human hair pieces, which I brought. I asked for a bob and was told I couldn’t get a bob. I’m pretty low maintenance, so I went along with it. I made the appointment based on the $180 boho Bob with wash special. I had to ask about the wash. Couldn't even get a call back. I called on a Thursday to a request a microlocs installation. A man answered and said that he would have his wife call me back because she was unavailable. I didnt get a call back. Then I called on Friday and left a voicemail. No call back. I sent a message on facebook messenger and received an automated message back asking me to call their shop.....but again, I cant seem to get a call back.
