Couldn't even get a call back. I called on a Thursday to a request a microlocs installation. A man answered and said that he would have his wife call me back because she was unavailable. I didnt get a call back. Then I called on Friday and left a voicemail. No call back. I sent a message on facebook messenger and received an automated message back asking me to call their shop.....but again, I cant seem to get a call back. Albertine contoured hair salon in Dumfries is just okay. I had an appointment for 7am August 9th. I got there 10 minutes early. No one showed up until about 9:56am, to open the door. The salon was dirty. The floors had not been swept or vacuumed. So, I doubt they have been mopped. The vanities weren’t cleaned off from the previous day. The stylist seemed to be scrambling to find items they needed. It looked disorganized. Maybe they were having a bad day and that’s just the day I came. I had an appointment scheduled for 730 AM Friday. It wasn’t until almost 9 when she began. Braids looked great when completed; only to already have hair coming out. It really wasn’t worth my time or $.
