This place was amazing the staff was nice and they cared a lot my personal favorites were always swing back they were all fun and wanted to see u get better ❤️🩹 The food was horrible tho

Johnny made it sm better I love Johnny. Best staff there, please don't be mean to Johnny he makes the best smoothies. Make him pose and draw it and hang it around unit, that's what I did in NW in Oct 2024 and we called him "jesus johnny" BBL Johnny was taken down tho. I was placed at Albertina Kerr two years ago, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in any facility. The environment was constantly tense.I was always on edge, either because of hostile peers, overwhelmed staff, or the generally chaotic atmosphere.Staff turnover was constant, and I had to switch therapists multiple times, which made it impossible to build trust or get consistent care. I'm using someone else's account for starters. Okay, this place deserves to be looked into by Oregon Department of Human Services. This place is inhumane, inhospitable and disgusting. I was there in April for two weeks and this place has left me beyond traumatized to the degree where I live out of spite and have made it a future goal to shut down institutions like this.
