Felt even worse than before upon leaving after a month of having to stay there. The "food" is beyond awful, the medicine they gave me made it very hard to sleep (I got 2-4 hours of sleep a night) both rooms I stayed in smelled oddly like urine and the therapists and stuff made assumptions on what problems I had and stuck to the "solutions" for issues I wasn't even having. He didn't receive the therapy they promised. His personal snacks were stolen. I was told that I could bring his keyboard to him and then, after he was told by staff that it was coming, they denied it. I drove almost three hours to bring it to him. He was furious because he couldn't have it and blamed me. Staff didn't correct his belief, and he refused t... read more
