I called Alberti & Sons looking for assistance with some plumbing under our kitchen sink, which included cutting open the cabinet back/drywall and lowering the sink drain in order to accommodate a new garbage disposal. Mike was both responsive and straightforward over the phone, and was able to send a team out the same day! The technicians were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job for a great price. I had an appointment with Alberti today between 1pm and 3pm. I got a call at 10:30am could they come "now". I said not possible...my appointment was between 1pm and 3pm. Ok then I will see you at 1pm. Well it is now 3:30pm and the phone has rung. the tech said "I lost track of time today". I can be there in 20 minutes (which could be 30 minutes who knows at this point). I said no. Tomorrow? I said no. I'm calling someone else.
I had a water powered back up sump pump installed. Mike came to provide an estimate, explain the installation process and answer all my questions. He came back to do the install and did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would and was friendly, professional and very precise. I can see why my neighbor recommended Alberti & Sons. I would definitely recommend them.
Mike came to deal with a leak from the upstairs bathroom into our ceiling. He was very friendly, efficient, explained what he was doing, what it would do and what it would not do. He explained the things to look out for and the ongoing risks due to the wonky floor we've got. Really nice work. They're local to Fairport, which I like. We haven't been in the area all that long but we have a go-to plumber now.
We called Alberti and Sons to come check out a water leak at our house. Chris came out and took a look and told me to call the Water Authority first before he did anything because it was something they may cover. It ended up being something the Water Authority could take care of and he saved me thousands of dollars. I’ll recommend this company based on honesty alone!
