The staff here are absolutely wonderful and the care outstanding. From Storm at reception, to Kayla our primary RVT to Dr. Rigby - their love of animals is genuine, and their communication skills are superb. Assessment findings and plans were shared in detail with no question left unanswered. Our dog was at higher risk under general anesthesia due to past complications.This was addressed expertly with a plan in place to ensure safety and success of the procedure. Compassionate and professional staff. They had to give us some very bad news on this visit, and did so in the best way possible.
My dog had a major procedure here and I could not be happier! They were so sweet to my little dog and made him feel like a tiny celebrity. I was kept fully informed every step of the way, encouraged to ask every last one of my million questions, and had the peace of mind knowing my dog's uncommon issue was being handled with competence, by lovely people who have a passion for what they do.
