They sent me a bill for the wrong services. After 4 months I still haven't heard back from anyone who can do anything about it. I have escalated it to the owner and he just won't do anything about it. I had to pay the bill or have them throw $1000 worth of frozen semen ai have stored there. On top of it, they charged me late charges even though it's a hold up on their end and they have billed me incorrectly.
This place is very caring for the animals and are always pleasant place to visit.
Terrible experience with Jessica. She made claims about the soundness of my horse based on memory from years previous without showing evidence or even basic knowledge of the horse. This claim resulted in the loss of a sale. Incredibly unprofessional and ignorant. We have since then done research by contacting previous owners and paid to have ultrasounds done, which not surprisingly came back clean.
