Staff were friendly and welcoming! The establishment is beautiful and provides a sense of comfort. They did me a solid and kept my lunch cold, including a tub of potato salad I had left from the picnic lunch during a session as it was a really hot day. 5/5 would recommend!
Very bad experience, SLP doesn’t know what she is doing, she let my son to spin himself until he got dizzy, and slept on the floor, and when I asked her to limit that by using a timer, she said that she can’t force him.. Yes, but she can let him hurt himself without stopping him.. My son didn’t feel comfortable even to deal with her , she wasn’t able to manage her session, and completely unorganised.. Don’t go to this place because they will keep billing your insurance without you getting a good service..
My daughter has been doing speech therapy with Peyton for a few months now and is making good progress. Peyton is wonderful and she loves coming to hang out with her. The office is really lovely to spend an hour reading so I love it too. There are two very comfortable chairs in the waiting area and they have coffee as well. The front desk staff is also really friendly and nice to deal with. The environment is very nice and Peyton has lots of great boardgames to play while they learn.
