Jason Voytachek the manager is a thief. After calling him out for the condition of an item we purchased he stole the item back and then forced a refund to alleviate the theft. We have receipts and bank documents proving he accessed my wife's credit card again without approval 6 days after payment was made and no records were supposed to be kept with her account info and I refused to give him the card to facilitate the theft so how did he gain access to her account without permission? Purchased a quad, as described, it was said to have been running when parked with scuffs, scratches and an oil leak. I was an out of town buyer and trusted the write up. What I got-is a partially stripped out quad battery and winch pulled with wiring and switches left behind so a hack job obviously, will not start without supplying fuel remotely(which would appear to have been a fuel pump) further inspection reveals that oil is leaking at most engine fittings.(excessive pressure in crankcase?)
