DON'T GO HERE! PERIOD! Horrible experience!
Brought my truck to them after other shops could not figure out what the problem was. This unit had a random engine tick when you shut the key off and restarted it it would go away. There was a couple other issues that I had them look at at the same time. They changed an injector number six that did not fix the issue Did. They told me they reprogrammed the stereo head unit to make the steering wheel controls work after replacing the stereo head that did not fix it. Had Alberta Superduty Service remove my broken 6.4 and install a rebuilt, very happy with the service. Some of the parts were not as available as planned, but Raph was easy to communicate with and could always answer my questions, and kept me updated on progress
Took my truck in, told them that another mechanic thought that I had a bad head gasket and that I would like a second opinion. Alberta Superduty looked at it and said that it wasn’t the head gasket but an overheating issue. Changed water pump, thermostat and fan clutch. First time I take my trailer out, it overheats in less than 20 minutes. Overheated again on my way home.
