Owen and Hans did a great job at moving me over the weekend! Great customer service, friendly and showed up on time. I would use this company again.
I had a small, 2-person, empty Spaberry hot tub, weighs about 300 lbs, that I needed moved about 40 ft. in my back yard, no stairs involved. This company has a minimum 3 hour call-out, so I had to pay just over $600 for this. The move itself took 3 guys about 5 minutes. In this time, they dropped my hot tub, cracking it in multiple places. They arrived right time, went right to work. Out standing how quick they loaded and unloaded my things. I highly recommend alberta storng movers. 5 stars all day!!
Pro’s- they did get everything moved, friendly movers Cons- some damaged furniture and they wouldn’t take accountability for it, did not bring a runner for walking on our new carpet, we were told we should of asked for one, dirty moving blankets, I personally would not use them again!
This is the 2nd time that I’ve used this moving company, and Ive been thoroughly impressed both times. The guys showed up on time, they were fast, efficient and courteous. There were no hidden or extra fees. What I was quoted was what I paid. I highly recommend this moving company :)
