I had a very negative experience with Alberta Small Engines and would strongly advise others to be cautious. When I called them, the receptionist clearly told me that if they hadn’t touched my lawn mower yet, I could get a refund. I brought my lawn mower in for service, and when I visited the store later, she repeated the same thing in person. Be carefull, this place is a trap. I left my snowblower for repair, they took $100 deposit, I didnt ask for what. They said they will call with an estimate. Estimate was too high and I decided to take my snowblower back. They didnt return my deposit, they said it was for estimate. But they DID NOt tell me this beforehand. Their estimate is $100 and they dont notify custlmers about i ahead of time Horrible place.
