Went in for the first time, they had a part in stock I needed for a snow blower. Gave them the part number. The lady brought it out and I noticed it wasn’t exactly the same as the part I needed, she insisted it was correct. It was not. 4 seasons in Sherwood park was able to get me the correct part with the exact same part number.
Service department is incompetent and very aggressive. Had to take something back to them twice because they didn’t repair it right, and the hot head behind the counter (the owners brother) started screaming saying “I always have an issue with everything”… great professional service… I wonder why I always have an issue.
Solid sales and service, the boys in the back always keep my blowers and trimmers running.
