When we arrived the waiting room was full but we were all taken care of very efficiently. Very well organized.
I hate this place. My 87 year old mother needs shots in her eye due to retinal degeneration, seeing Dr. Hintz. It's very uncomfortable for her, and it's awful to see her go through it. But the experience at the front desk just makes it so much worse. After an appointment, I tried to re-book, but they told me they couldn't do it so far in advance. They then arbitrarily re-booked it and sent notifications/reminders to the WRONG EMAIL. This email hasn't been the right one for over two years. I even asked them to delete it ages ... read more
I was sent here from the Royal Alex after many tests etc from waking up practically blind in both eyes. Over the last month and a bit I have seen them twice and had fantastic experience. Dr.Greeve is phenomenal and the whole clinic is quick, organized and professional. Only had one bad experience on level 2 or 3 regarding a gentleman too busy to look at me and being with the other girls working showing off pictures on his phone. Had to go in ,very bad floaters and black dots ,Grey vision😱 just woke up one day and viola 🤔 Long story short after a VERY quick referral from harvest hills eyes clinic got in and was treated by DOCTOR rossana martens.new to the clinic but very proficient in obtaining diagnose and treatment plan ..follow up 2 weeks later revealed positive successful results many thanks to doctor Martens God bless .Brent holden
Dr. Ehmann and all his staff and Associates saves my eyesight with emergency retinal eye surgery. In a time of questionable provincial Medicare in Alberta due to lack of funding, I feel very fortunate that this clinic and the Royal Alexander was there for me in a crisis.
