Our experience with this clinic just got harder and harder as treatment went on. The biggest issue? Communication was all over the place. Calls and messages took hours to be answered, and we'd get instructions from different staff members who didn't seem to be on the same page. There was no one person actually guiding us through everything. We bounced between nurses, physician assistants, and doctors, constantly repeating our history and trying to figure out whose instructions to actually follow. We have nothing but positive things to say about ARC. They are truly a patient-centred clinic, and every staff member was such a pleasure to deal with! After transferring from another clinic located in Calgary where we had traumatic experiences and multiple failed IUI and IVF transfers, Dr. Han took the time to really get to know us and create a plan tailored to our specific fertility needs.
