9 years, 3 clinics, 1 beautiful daughter and only 1 Dr. Daniel!! We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Daniel and the entire team at ARC. Our journey was long and rough but Dr. Daniel was not ready to give up on our dream even though at one point my husband and I were. She provided us with guidance and even recommended us to another clinic, in Ontario, that provided services that are not yet available in Alberta. I love this clinic. They don't ask you to keep coming every week just to give you a requision or instructions. They send you requision or prescriptions just in you account, which is so convenient. Dr deniel found the root cause for my irregular periods that was causing infertility. I was about to see her for the second time to discuss the treatment plan but luckily I tested positive the day before.She makes sure to do all the tests throughly to make sure nothing is missing. You truly could not ask for a more patient-centred fertility clinic. Every single person — from billing, to nursing, to the doctors and their assistants — has been amazing, compassionate, and incredibly accommodating. When you’re facing something as emotionally challenging as fertility treatment, that level of care makes all the difference. I am deeply grateful for each and every one of them.
Extremely disappointed, and just had my time completely wasted. Was referred in Feb and rejected, was told to see gyne for “consideration of surgery”. Waited 6 months to finally see my gyne and then was told “ARC says you must have surgery” so I’m now waiting in the cue for a surgery referral that could’ve been done 6 months ago if ARC had just initially told my family doc I needed surgery to be a patient.
