9 years, 3 clinics, 1 beautiful daughter and only 1 Dr. Daniel!! We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Daniel and the entire team at ARC. Our journey was long and rough but Dr. Daniel was not ready to give up on our dream even though at one point my husband and I were. She provided us with guidance and even recommended us to another clinic, in Ontario, that provided services that are not yet available in Alberta. Would 100% recommend this clinic. Compassionate care, staff are lovely and knowledgeable. Night and day difference in experience from other fertility clinics. We cannot thank them enough for working with us with so much kindness!

Our experience with this clinic just got harder and harder as treatment went on. The biggest issue? Communication was all over the place. Calls and messages took hours to be answered, and we'd get instructions from different staff members who didn't seem to be on the same page. There was no one person actually guiding us through everything. We bounced between nurses, physician assistants, and doctors, constantly repeating our history and trying to figure out whose instructions to actually follow.
