My girlfriend made an appointment today for 1pm. We waited 40 mins in the waiting room untill she finally got in. I just don't understand we made our appointment 2 weeks ago just to end up waiting 40 mins. Doesn't make sense to me. Mabey they need for people in the back working but this was just a bad experience.
Deb at Okotoks was so awesome calming me down. I’m usually very nervous during blood draw but she kept talking to me and I didn’t even know when she finished drawing. Tx Deb!
Very nice staff and extremely helpful
Deb was amazing. I have struggled with shy veins and always had multiple pokes to draw blood but had a wonderful experience this time, with just one poke I was done. Thank you Deb
