Never wait to long
Desk staff and technicians were kind and dealt with people well. It was really very busy when I went so the wait was really long. Some people waiting were getting frustrated and complaining amongst themselves. If people took that time and directed those concerns to where they need to be directed (government) something may get done. Don’t dismiss it when you leave take the time to have your say.
