I found the wait time pretty reasonable and the young woman who drew my blood did a good job. Painless and no bruising. Then I had my ECG. They ask you to disrobe and leave you sitting in a cold room with no gown or cover. Poorly done. Surely they can provide gowns to protect a person's dignity and make them more comfortable.
