The customer service was disappointing, and the wait time was excessively long. In fact, it was nearly double what was initially quoted at the front desk.
I had an appointment and everything went smoothly. I needed to do some tests including blood work and a urine sample, and the blood draw went completely without any issues. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and I was in and out in just 18 minutes. Very positive experience overall.
Writing on behalf of friend. MD had ordered a FIT test for my friend. Friend presented to lab, and phlebotomist asked if they had blood in their stool (not appropriate questioning in the first place). Friend answered, and the phlebotomist decided not to do the test. My friend explained that their family physician had ordered this test specifically. The phlebotomist refused to do it and said it was not indicated. Friend left lab without getting test. Attentive and caring staff, always on time
I booked an appointment for Feb 4, 2026 12:30pm, but Lab was several minutes late, a bit disappointed as I had to go back to work. However the lab assistant was very awesome.. I did not feel anything while collecting my blood. Super happy that I almost completely forgot about the delay.... Hahaha
