The customer service was disappointing, and the wait time was excessively long. In fact, it was nearly double what was initially quoted at the front desk.
I had an appointment and everything went smoothly. I needed to do some tests including blood work and a urine sample, and the blood draw went completely without any issues. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and I was in and out in just 18 minutes. Very positive experience overall.
