I’m grateful to the reception staff — everyone is very kind, friendly, and helpful. The whole experience at the clinic has been very positive.
Agreed with some of the reviews saying why have appointment when you have to wait like a walk in patient??!! This doesn’t make sense to me. I rushed to get here so I am not late for my appointment, but still having to wait is what really makes me frustrated
What’s the point of an appointment if you’re gonna have to wait an hour anyway? Sundays are no walk ins yet there was an hour long wait anyway
Very rude EKG nurse, no basic respect for patients. I don't understand how she still works there. Someone like her should not be working with people
Just visited the place. The lady who does EKG is very rude and unprofessional it seems like she hates being there and let it out on patients. She had trouble making the machine work and acted like somehow it was my fault. If you come there and see somolian woman with short braided black hair, try avoiding her. Been going there for over decade and first time I have such negative experience.
