The staff are usually very lovely but time and time again there is problems with their walk-in system, in that it constantly misses people. I arrived at 4:27pm and finally was seen at 5:45pm (and only when I asked how much longer it would be as multiple people who arrived after me and were listed as walk ins were served). It appears my paper work was misplaced as staff hurriedly tried to get me in the back and my name magically appeared on the board once I spoke up about the wait. Extremely poor desk service, not to Mention how unprofessional most of the staff are and stop letting people leave their urine samples on the back of the toilets.
Went there today and then I was told there was no walk in only appointments. The person I spoke to was rude and unprofessional. Was basically shooing me off and passing me on to another location so I will be less a problem for her. Was basically condescending and looking down on me for being Asian just like her. Talk about discrimination. Was very disrespectful. Was saying things like "its the management's decision", "we had been like this from the start".
