The receptionist should definitely drop that attitude
This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. I was instructed to wait in a live queue for 1.5 hours and was told I would receive an SMS when it was my turn. I waited the full time and received absolutely no message. When I returned, I was told my appointment had been canceled because they had allegedly sent me two SMS notifications — which I never received.
