I have used this lab for many years and have always gotten excellent service.
Always fast and efficient. Book an appointment, show up on time, and the service will be great. There always seems to be one person their who did not book an appointment, or show up on time, or follow the pre-test instructions causing a ruckus at the front counter.
First off, I never write reviews. However, This was the WORST lab experience I’ve ever had. The two front desk ladies were unbelievably rude, obnoxious and dismissive. The older women didn’t know the difference between a 10 digit B.C health number and a 9 digit Alberta number nor did she care to ask or understand what I was trying to explain because she kept interrupting me. I don’t understand how people like this are allowed to work in the health care system. They’re rude and unprofessional and then expect people to be fine... read more
Always excellent care. Only appointments allowed so wait times are bare minimum.
