It would be helpful if the people attempting to seek the services of this place could speak English (Canadian) or bring a competent interpreter before tying up the reception staff... While this is not a fault of APL, they should not have to try and translate unknown languages while others are waiting in line.
This place is constantly SO busy and wait times can be a while if you don’t have an apt so go first thing in the morning if you want to get in quickly for walk in.. the staff here is friendly and doing their absolute best to see so many people in a day and be kind through all the constant work. I can’t believe how many people they see in a day and shoutout to them for doing so. Shoutout to Marla for being so kind and efficient and great at what she does!
Horrible. I made an appointment for 8:30am. Its now 9:10am and my husband is still sitting waiting. Seriously?? Why offer appts if you can't keep them?? EDIT - my husband didnt get out of there till 10:30!! People who were walking ins went in ahead of him! Ughh frustrating!!!! So much for making an appointment.
