This was my very first time coming here, cause my regular one in Falsbridge and a two day wait time for bookings. Though it's not super easy to find the location the first time round, but I finally got it. The waiting room is nice, spacious and clean. Lady in the front desk is super friendly and has a smile on her face. And thanks to Maria who siphoned out my blood - super easy to get along with, friendly and made me smile with her nice conversation. Thank you for making my day!

The only clinic where I had my blood drawn the fastest. Got called in a room on the exact time of my appointment, sat in there for a minute and everything's done. Friendly staff as well!
I had a frustrating experience with the reception staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like an inconvenience when asking simple questions about my appointment.
Very disappointing experience. I had a booked appointment for 11:30 a.m., but waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged at the front desk. Then another 5 minutes to be helped. I don't mind waiting when its busy, however, the staff seemed disorganized, with several people standing around while patients waited. Even with a scheduled appointment, I still waited another 30 minutes before being called in. Booking an appointment should mean a more efficient experience.
