I had a frustrating experience with the reception staff. They were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like an inconvenience when asking simple questions about my appointment.
Very disappointing experience. I had a booked appointment for 11:30 a.m., but waited over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged at the front desk. Then another 5 minutes to be helped. I don't mind waiting when its busy, however, the staff seemed disorganized, with several people standing around while patients waited. Today, I had my annual blood work appointment at 2:00 PM at Westwind Laboratory. I asked if Aubrey was working because I had a good experience with Aubrey before. One staff member told me Aubrey was fired, then said it was just a joke. Another staff member said Aubrey would not be back for six months. The information given was inconsistent and confusing. Today, when we arrived at the lab, my child was thirsty and asked for some drinking water. and there was no drinking water available in the lab. Unfortunately, I had left my water bottle in the car.
Whats the point of appointment if you have to wait for 30 mins anyway Its ridiculous. I don’t know how they are managing it so poorly.
